Shoddy at best. Poor video quality at 30 frames per second, 2 cameras at 15 frames and 4 cameras at 7.5 frames per second. unit locks up and I have had it replaced, under warranty, twice already.

You need to have an NVIDA video card and intel P3 for unit will not work. An Athalon will not work and any other video card besides Nvida will not work.

They say "just plug into a USB 2.0 and it works". They forget you need specific requirements:

Processor must be INTEL P3 800 min

RAM 256 min

IT MUST BE NVIDA video card

Hard disc 80gb min

So i bought a new computer with these requirements and the system is shoddy at best. When I switch from playback to record, the screens go green and I have to restart programme. Customer service DID send me NEXT DAY AIR the video dongle that was bad and they sent me 2nd day air the camera that died too.
